2 cups of flour (all-purpose)
0.5 teaspoons of salt
0.5 teaspoons of sugar
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
3/4 cups of water (warm).

Prepare the Dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Leave the mixture for 5-10 minutes until it starts bubbling.
- In a yeast mixture, add olive oil, salt, and flour, and knead the mixture until it becomes a smooth dough. This can be done in a stand mixer or by hand for about 5-7 minutes.
- Now, put the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with plastic wrap or a damp cloth before placing it in a warm location. Let it rise for approx. 1.5 hours or until dough has doubled in size.

Prepare the Cheese Filling
- Blend the crumbled feta with shredded white mozzarella cheese and shredded white cheese together in a bowl.
- To the cheese mixture, add chopped green chilies, ground cumin, garam masala, and chopped cilantro. Stir the mixture to combine well.

Shape and Fill the Dough
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 220 °C (425 °F).
- Deflate the dough and split it into two equal parts. Roll each portion into a ball and then flatten it into a sphere or oval shape that is about 1/4 inch thick.
- Around the perimeter of the cheese blend, place a dollop of the mix in the middle of every round of dough. Using your hands, pinch the edges of the dough together above the cheese to form a typinal boat shape.

- Place the filled dough boats onto the prepared baking tray.
- Gently spread the beaten egg yolk on the edges.
- Bake in a preheated oven until cheese melts and begins to bubble and the crust turns golden brown, approximately 15-20 minutes.

- Remove the pan from the oven, and using a brush, apply melted butter onto the crust.
- To serve, you may use additional cilantro for decoration if you prefer

Cheese Variety: Do not hold back on your personal creative touch with diverse cheeses. You can add a bit of gouda or even paneer alongside the mozzarella and feta to marvel the taste.
